Property and Cancellation Policies

Life happens. We get that. The total price of the reservation will be charged right away after booking. Single room reservations are fully refundable 5 days prior to check-in. To cancel a reservation, please call us at 530-303-8006. Cancellations received after 3pm, 5 days prior to check-in will not be refunded or credited, and will be charged in full.
*Entire Hotel bookings are non-refundable. 


Welcome to the Extraordinary Camino Hotel! We are happy you will be staying with us. Thank you for being respectful so yourself and all guests can enjoy their stay. Please read and agree to our house rules below: 

*We are a limited services Hotel. Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or items replenished, please call 530-303-8006


*Registered guests only. For liability and security for you and all our guests, people that are not apart of this reservation are not allowed on the property. 

*All Guests staying in the Hostel must be 21 years of age or older. 


*The common shared spaces are for registered guests only and not to be used for private events or parties. These areas are for all guests to dine in, play pool or just relax. If you are interested in using these spaces for a private event, please inquire about prices and availability in advance. EX: to set up make up and hair for a wedding, a space for family or friend who are not staying at the hotel to meet up and enjoy. 


*Quiet Hours 10pm-8am: Have passionate conversation or play pool all day long, but from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the whole property goes into hush mode for what we like to call quiet time (or sleep time). Thank you for being considerate to other guests. 


*No smoking, vaping anywhere inside the Hotel. Please smoke the designated areas on the front porch and use the ash trays provided. Thank you for not leaving your cig. butts on the ground.

*No drugs

*No Firearms


*Im sorry we cannot host pets.

 

*If you are traveling with a service animal please let us know ahead of time. Our onsite manager/cleaner has severe allergies and we will need to see if it is possible to arrange someone else to clean the hotel room after your checkout. Service animals must be on a leash at all times and cannot be left unattended. Thank you. 


*Kitchen Use: Please keep your food in the mini fridge in your room. The fridge in the kitchen is for the use of the guests in the boutique hostel room. Always wash and put away your dishes after use, wipe the counters and any appliances you used and rinse the sink. The kitchen should be clean when you enter and clean for the next guest when you leave. We DO NOT have staff that cleans up after guests. Thank you for doing your part to keep the kitchen clean. 


*Please do not hang items on the sprinkler system pipes or touch the sprinkler system in the common areas. 

*We want you to have a great time when you are here. But if things get too crazy, we go by the old-school rule of ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit card at market value. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to us immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges.

*As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.

*Safety cameras are used throughout the premises at the entrances and common areas, and anyone on our property may be recorded. There are no cameras monitoring any private rooms, restrooms or hostel room.  The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while on the premises. 

*We like to have open communication during your stay. Within the first hour of your arrival, please take the time to look around for anything that maybe wrong or missing and let us know immediately. During your stay, we need to attend to issues as they arise. If you don’t let us know, we can’t help. We want to make sure your stay is amazing from the start and if anything should happen, we’d like the fair chance to take care of it for you immediately. Thank you!
